In order to support our marketing team to innovate its reporting Landscapes and Steerings and to continuously enhance our data infrastructure, we are looking for a strong Tracking and Marketing Tech Specialist (m/f/d). As a specialist you can help us bring in efficiency into the processes that help continuously grow our company and to further develop the reporting processes and the resulting insights.

What you bring to the job

  • Your track record enables you to cover the summarized tasks and expectations
  • You are at the intersection of tech and business and understand both worlds’ requirements to translate communication and provide value generating results.
  • Proficient in SQL (query and transformation), statistical processing of data (e.g. via python, scala, R) and version control via git.
  • You have 3+ years of practical experience in data modelling and reporting of business performance drivers
  • Ideally, you are well experienced and knowledgeable in reporting, visualization via PowerBI (you know how to connect data sources and did apply DAX formulas)
  • You can communicate well with both Finance, Operations and Category Management as well as IT Counterparts to define requirements in your projects
  • You are motivated not only to keep developing yourself but also your area within our organization

Your workspace

  • In your first three months you get to know our data infrastructure and your stakeholders by driving the automatization of existing reports, standardizing monitoring in sourcing, production and product categories
  • Together with stakeholders you discuss hypothesis, which you analyse and report on and present your methods and findings. The methods and insights provided by you keep developing your stakeholder landscape as well as our analytical expertise
  • You provide structured and sound analyses for category management, sourcing, sales and operations departments
  • In Operations you will support with deep dives in “return analyses”
  • Ideally you support our accounting team to automate their processes and provide fraud detection analyses, which we can establish and automate further on
  • You innovate and expand our analytical horizont towards prescriptive analytics, e.g. create forecasts on product/category and price performance
  • As part of the Data and Analytics department, you will be recognized as part of your stakeholders daily routine, so that you can contribute with your perspective and establish a “data driven” development of their functions, to produce new insights and enable your stakeholders to analytical autonomy
